La Phaze

The group was created in  1999 by Damny and Arnaud, with a "mission" to produce a new type of rock , reunifying his history (riffs of powerful guitar) and his future (the electronic programming). They reveal themselves at the end of 2004, while touring with Manu Chao in Brazil.  Their unique sound was introduced in concerts and festivals in France and Europe, where the public would discover and succumb to the mixture "muscular électro-rock and protest hymns" distilled on scene.

Their artistic implication and citizen drove them in 2005 to launch with the navigator Jo The Guen, a movement citizens called "Black Anger" (allying music live, debates ideas and peaceful actions) in reaction to the disaster of the Erika on the Breton coasts. Concert after concert, forum after forum, The Phaze attracts more and more world.  The album "Fin Of Cycle" released in 2005 sold more than 20 000 copies.  The Phaze thus followed continue the adventure, traveling in South America and Europe (180 concerts in 2 years and half), and have just finished an European turn of 30 dates with the new New York stars of Gogol Bordello.
